Design - floral bedding

These are bedding designs that I did last year.  I like the mix of strong graphic with softer watercolour and the black with the bright colours in Graphic garden, and the soft pastel tones in the meadow floral below.  I worked on them for so long, I was a bit fed up of the sight of them, but they've grown on me again!

Graphic garden
To create this design I hand painted the watercolour sections and then drew the more graphic flowers in Illustrator and then formatted it in Photoshop.  I'm sure there must of been an easier way!

Pastel meadow
I hand-painted the flowers then copied them into Illustrator file to create the pattern and repeat.

Design - watercolour christening card

I painted this meadowy floral card a couple of days ago for little Charlotte's Christening, my boyfriend's niece. Hope she likes it! It was nice to have the time to sit down and get the paint brushes out, which doesn't happen very often.
